B&L Fencing Services Ltd was formed in 1994 by Tim Long and Colin Burgess, who saw an opportunity within the sports industry to supply and install ball stop fencing systems for synthetic pitches and Multi Use Games Areas.
During its first 10 years of trading in the small market town of Droitwich, the company invested in its personnel and along with strong product design ideas, lead to the development of various B & L Fencing innovations. Many of these designs have become a well known industry standard widely used in today’s market.
In more recent years we have moved to our own self contained office, storage and transport facility in Bromsgrove and during this time the company has seen numerous changes. The retirement of Colin Burgess, one of the original Directors; the appointment of David Golding as a Director, Cy Downs who heads up our Sales & Estimating Department and more recently Craig Sargent as Commercial Manager.

With continued solid investment we now consider ourselves to be one of the market leaders within the sports construction industry and are proud to have worked on several key projects ranging from Premier League football clubs, various London 2012 Olympic Park venues,Commonwealth Games and two Formula E projects located at Battersea Park. The reliability of our products along with our team of installers ensures the smooth running of each contract however big or small.
Whilst the sports industry is our main source of work, we also have a wealth of experience within the industrial and security fencing sector and as a company we continually strive to develop this side of our business, working closely with some of the UK’s leading manufacturers in this field.
